• Beginner Tip

  The most important shot to learn as a new golfer is the "line drive". Don't try to kill it, just throw a measured shot at 70% speed until it's easy. Slowly increasing the speed of your movements will increasing the length of the shot without causing you to learn bad habits. Distance will come as you become more practiced. Remember though, accuracy is more important than distance, and will get you better scores.

• Most Memorable Disc Golf Moment

  Hole 16 on the final round of the 1st Players Cup. After birdying the hole, one of the spectators came over and asked me if I knew I was tied for the lead!

  Westside Discs Tournament Giant

  A Tournament plastic Westside Giant is filling my overstable long distance driver slot for throwing long hyzers flat or with anhyzer into headwinds. The Giant is fast and will reach 400-425ft into a fairly stiff wind and will turn left hard. I also use it for longer forehand approaches that need to hyzer and long backhand spike shots.
  
  

  Latitude 64 Opto XXX

  The Latitude 64 Opto XXX is a nice overstable 275-350ft controlled hyzer disc. Great for short up and downs. This is a comparably slow driver which is forgiving if you are off just a little, so I use it a lot on approaches.
  
  

  Latitude 64 Opto Flow

  The Latitude 64 Opto Flow is a 300-400ft utility driver with a really nice predictable flight. The Flow is overstable, but with a softer turn.
  
  

  Westside Discs VIP Sword

  The Westside VIP Sword is a really long distance driver. Stable to overstable, the Sword will get long fast.
  
  

  Dynamic Discs Lucid Trespass

  Trespass in Fuzion plastic has a great feel and is a very fast straight to hyzer disc which finishes well. The Trespass has a natural "S" pattern when thrown 375ft or more, and finishes hard left. Thrown as a big Anhyzer, the Trespass is huge! It will be available to the public in Fuzion plastic soon!
  
  

  Dynamic Discs Lucid Escape

  The Escape in Fuzion plastic has the best feel of any driver I think I've thrown. A very straight and surprisingly long fairway driver, this is my favorite disc to throw. Very accurate and with an awesome glide, the Escape is going to be a mainstay in my game. It will be available to the public in Fuzion plastic soon!

  Dynamic Discs Lucid Fugitive

  Lucid Fugitive is like a broken in stable midrange right out of the box, and with the Lucid plastic, it won't be changing for quite a while. The Dynamic Discs Fuzion Fugitive is a bit more stable and holds a great line. It will be available to the public soon!

  The Classic Soft Judge is a super straight putter with excellent glide.
