I just wanted to write you guys a couple of lines saying how impressed I am with your products. I have purchased a Marksman Basket from you guys and the quality of it is phenomenal. Super pleased with it and the change it's had on my putts. Ranger H2O bag hands down best bag out right now. Love the convenience of the bladder system and the storage. Now let me tell you where you guys really just went above and beyond. I have mainly been throwing another companies disc. I was pleased with them but I started to hit a wall in my distance. I purchased an Opto River and Bolt for my drivers and a VIP Warship. Absolutely fell in love with the Opto feel, grip, and flight. I have to say there is no better midrange than the Warship in my eyes on the market. Does exactly what I need it to do. I am now in the process of slowly reworking my bag with trilogy discs. You guys are awesome and please keep up the great work and growth of the sport. Thank you.

Thanks for everything you do for the sport! I reluctantly put the Convict in my bag after tossing in my trusted VIP Longbowman during practice round last weekend at the Hilton Head Invitational. Before I created Top of Texas Disc Golf and started placing tournament orders through Dynamic Discs, I only owned discs made by Innova and Discmania. But as we began our relationship with DD, the exceptional customer service was the first thing to catch my attention.
Before I realized the amazing quality of the plastic and discs we were receiving for our events, I was impressed by several offerings consistent with Dynamic Discs. The friendly service over the phone and through email, all of the generous tournament sponsorship, fun and informative podcasts, and the NUMEROUS well organized and run tournaments, only to name a few.
I eventually realized ALL of the things that Dynamic Discs was offering in order to win me over as a customer, and Innova, the brand that I had been loyal to, was offering almost none of those things. Well... they have Paul McBeth. Lol.
But, I had to ask myself why I was supporting them instead of Dynamic Discs. And then that was the day I completely changed my bag over to all trilogy molds, heavily Dynamic.
Finally, I love the fact that Team Dynamic Discs is a FAMILY, and you seem to be a company with integrity and a moral compass. I will continue to be a supporter.

My new Ranger arrived 2 days ago and (after 2 days of usage) I love it! Thank you both so much for being so accommodating with this warranty claim.
The improvements in the new bag are incredible. The larger side putter pocket that easily holds 2 putters, as well as the new pocket in the cover to the main compartment are obviously a huge improvement. I threw with 5 other Ranger owners last night and they were all loving the new design! The stronger new materials/design of the drink holder umbrella/stool holster is also a great improvement, as well as the increased capacity of the upper main storage compartment... AWESOME.
Thank you. Thank you both again. Dynamic Discs Customer Service is 2nd to none and has gained a hugely positive reputation in the Greater Cincinnati Area which, along with the quality of your products, would explain the massive number of Ranger owners I throw with almost every day!

To whom it may concern: I work in retail as a membership manager and I've witnessed everything from poor service to exceptional service. Jackie Morris has been nothing short of spectacular. She's assisted me with anything and everything I've needed on a few occasions now. She truly makes me feel like a valued customer and not just another sale in the books. It amazes me how quickly she gets back to my emails and how sincere she is. This is even more shocking when you realize that everything from everyone goes through her first. As I couldn't find any other email addresses on the website to send this testimonial/compliment to. She has single handedly put Dynamicdiscs.net, #1 on my places to order from for all my disc golf needs, because of her customer service. I'm sure she's not the only one within the company who is so genuine. As it seems that Dynamic Discs has good values and treats their employees well. As well as giving them a good environment to work in. It just so happens to be that Jackie is who I personally dealt with on all occasions. I truly can't say enough good things about her and Dynamic. It should also be noted that Dynamic has free shipping, competitive prices, good return policy and a nice rewards program. I'm definitely a big fan of this company and the service provided, I will continue to check their website first for anything I need in the future. I don't normally write these kind of emails, but I feel that when a job is done so well, they should be recognized for it. I have thus far made three orders from the Dynamic Discs website and I must say that each time I was extremely pleased with the service and speed that I received my orders. I live in New York and while all three times my orders were supposed to come in 3-4 days, I received them in 2 days. Unlike many other sites where you're lucky you can pick your weight, let alone the actual color of a disc, this site actually allows you the choice of both with an excellent selection. So in conclusion, I just wanted to see say keep up the great work!

These guys are awesome. I placed an order Friday at 4ish and thought I had made a mistake on the type of disc I had ordered. They were there still answering the phone and made sure the order was correct by the end of the phone call. It also arrived in a very timely manner and I was impressed. When I registered the wrong email address and emailed them at 6 o'clock pm(and to be honest it wasn't even that pressing of an issue) I got an email literally at 12:24am telling me that they had fixed it and that I should try it to see if it worked for me now and to contact them further if I was still experiencing any problems. I'm telling you from experience in retail that they really go above and beyond for you. Great prices!!!! I will be making this my one stop shop for all things disc golf.

I found myself surfing the DD website (yet again) at 2:00am on Christmas Eve and just wanted to say thanks for all you do for the sport of Disc Golf and for the outstanding service you’ve always provided me. I’ve played disc golf going on about 4 years now and it has truly been not only one of the most challenging but also the most welcoming experiences of my life. I’ve always found that something so great and truly unique can only be accomplished with great people and organizations like Dynamic Discs at the heart of it all. I just started playing tourney golf in 2011 and it was incredible to find that even those events not directly sponsored by DD were so “infused” with the DD name.
