Don't expect too much of yourself too quickly. If you think of most any other sport, people spend hundreds of hours taking lessons, getting coached, practicing, etc. to build the skills to play with any level of competence. It takes time, effort, and perseverance. If it didn't, we'd all be 1000 rated.
Most Memorable Moment
My favorite moments in disc golf are when younger/newer players reach out and ask for help and the moment when they "get it" and something clicks. To see the joy and increase in their self confidence that comes from being able to do something new is incredibly rewarding.
What Separates Team Dynamic Discs?
As human beings, we feel the greatest joy when we give to or serve others. Dynamic Discs as a company has demonstrated more than many others they want to align themselves with that same virtue. The people they choose to employ and represent them on the Disc Golf Team frequently demonstrate that virtue often. I am thrilled to come alongside Dynamic Discs in the effort to serve the disc golf community and to grow the sport.
In The Bag
Latitude 64 Opto Ballista
Main distance driver. The rim fits perfectly in my hand and I throw it with extreme confidence. I can throw this for big hyzer shots, flex shots, and situational turnovers.
Latitude 64 Gold Ballista
Downwind distance and narrower tunnel drives. Similar to the Opto, this disc and I just seem to agree.
Latitude 64 Opto Culverin
Stable to overstable fairway shots and shorter drives. I love that I can throw this with such ease when I need reliable and consistent distance control.
Latitude 64 Opto River
Big turnover shots, rollers, and low ceiling drives. This disc is so easy to use and really is deserving of its status as one of the best selling discs on the market.
Westside Discs Tournament Bard
Overstable approaches with a little less glide. This discs reliability can not be overstated.
Dynamic Discs Classic Judge
This is my main throwing putter for straight to turnover shots as well as approach shots 200ft and in. I also use this as a forehand rescue disc.
Dynamic Discs Prime Warden
I only use this for putting currently and is my main putter. It is too understable for me to use as a throwing putter comfortably.
Westside Discs BT Soft Harp
When I need a reliable shot into a green and want to control the landing and avoid skips, this is my choice.
