Beginner Tip

Field work is the key to consistency, building trust with your discs, and dialing in your game. Confidence and proper disc selection are the key to saving you strokes. So walk up to the tee knowing the disc you grabbed will do what you need it to do and you’ll see your scores improve.

Most Memorable Moment

My most memorable disc golf moment is a hard question to answer because this sport has brought so many incredible experiences, people, and memories. I’m torn between a few highlights in my career; Winning my first ever event in 2006 only months after touching a disc for my first time. Cashing in my first ever MPO event the Silver Cup in 2012, running my first PDGA event the Wisconsin Tour event the 2015 Pickle Open, or caddying for my son at the 2018 PDGA Junior Worlds in Emporia, Kansas and the amazing father/son bonding experience that was along with all the amazing families and friends we made from all over the World.

What Separates Team Dynamic Discs?

Dynamic Discs is a family that genuinely cares about each other regardless of where you are in the family tree. Touring Pro, Ambassador, Junior, or staff member it’s all one incredible group of individuals with both the talent and love for the sport, but also the character and personalities that make a positive impact on the sport. The plastic is amazing, but the people are what sets Dynamic Discs apart.

In the Bag

Drivers

Dynamic Discs Lucid Enforcer

Wind fighting specialist

Latitude 64 Opto Ballista Pro

My all-time favorite distance driver. It has the right amount of stability to unleash without fear of flipping, but not too much that you get a nice consistent fade and flight out of it. Can’t love this mold enough.

Westside Discs VIP World

When I want a little less finish than the Ballista Pro, I unleash on the World. A tad less stability makes it great for calm winds or big tail wind drives.

Westside Discs Tournament Sorcerer

Understable tail wind driver or that I want to hold an anhyzer.

Dynamic Discs Fuzion Sheriff

My hyzer flip turnover driver when I want to make sure my drive turns over.

Dynamic Discs Lucid-X Vandal

When I need more speed and glide than my Truth I turn to this easy to control and versatile mold.

Dynamic Discs Lucid Felon

Overtable reliable wind fighting gem of a disc. Felon is my favorite mold and one I avidly collect. The Felon is $.

Dynamic Discs Lucid-X Felon

Need a little extra stability for that Kansas wind? This mold is what saved me at Dynamic Discs Open on both BH and FH shots all week.

Midrange

Dynamic Discs Lucid Truth

Neutral flight allows you to hit lines you need on any release angle. Great feel, glide, and flight.

Dynamic Discs Hybrid Culprit

Love at first flight when it chased pins both backhand and forehand. Good overstable mold that can handle the wind, but is also great on the calm days. Made my bag after the first throw.

Dynamic Discs Lucid Patrol

When you want to focus on hitting the gap in the woods and throw 70% but get a straight flight this is it. Use this for big hyzer flip turnover shots.

Putters

Dynamic Discs Classic Blend Deputy

Hyzer flip turnover putter for off the tee or long range putts you don’t want to fade out.

Dynamic Discs Lucid Slammer

For wind fighting approaches and tee shots when you need a consistent fade.

Dynamic Discs Classic Blend Judge

Straight to slight fade drives and approaches are when I reach for this mold.

Dynamic Discs Classic Blend Emac Judge

My go to putter C1 and in which has a great feel, flight, and consistently grasps those chains.

Dynamic Discs Classic Blend Warden

I use the Warden for longer putts I want to finish with less fade than the Emac Judge. At times I alternate between the Emac Judge and Warden if I get in a funk.
