Beginner Tip

HAVE FUN! Don’t take it too serious. Focus on good form, having fun, and growing the sport. Don’t get caught up in your scores. Use them as a guide for tracking progress, but know we all have bad days, and we all are working to get better every day.

Most Memorable Moment

There’s too many to name just one! My first ace, playing Winthrop Gold with my wife on our honeymoon, meeting and playing a few rounds with Eric McCabe, every week at local leagues, playing rounds with my wife and daughter...the list could go on and on!

What Separates Team Dynamic Discs?

The family atmosphere! Everyone I’ve talked to from DD cares so much about each other. There’s definitely something special and I couldn’t be more excited to be part of it! I’m so grateful for this opportunity and can’t see where this road leads!

In The Bag

Drivers

Dynamic Discs Fuzion Raider

I carry three. One is very stable and I use that for headwind shots, or anytime I need to go out and over the OB but know it’s always coming back. One is straight with a nice fade at the end. One I can hyzer flip and get some awesome turn and distance before it fades out.

Dynamic Discs Lucid Felon

One is very overstable and I use that anytime I need a skip shot, or spike hyzer. One is a lot straighter but then still has that Felon fade at the end.

Dynamic Discs Fuzion Getaway

Anytime I need distance with fade. Or if I’m not feeling my Raiders that day, I’ll throw the Getaway a lot.

Dynamic Discs Fuzion Maverick

Hyzer flips in the woods. Anytime I need something to go dead straight but need a tad more distance than my Truths, I’ll go to the Maverick.

Dynamic Discs Lucid Escape

DEAD STRAIGHT SHOTS. Woods or in the open, this is hands down my favorite disc. Not fast enough to be considered high speed, but has the glide of a putter. These things go forever, and are so straight. I have a second one in the bag as a “just in case”.

Midrange

Dynamic Discs Lucid Patrol

Super understable turnover shots. This disc is used more as a utility disc. It can get me out of a lot of really tough places where I don’t have a great forehand line.

Dynamic Discs Lucid Truth

Go to mid for me. It’s still like brand new, so it’s pretty straight with not much fade or turn. Hoping to beat this in to being my turnover disc soon.

Latitude 64 Opto Fuse

is is new to the bag, Shoutout Robert McCall! I’m really liking the Fuse. This specific one will go about 90% of the flight dead straight, and then give just the slightest bit of turn at the end. I also use this for big turnover shots where I’ve got room to let it fly.

Dynamic Discs Lucid EMAC Truth

My straight to stable mid that I’ll use for a slight headwind.

Dynamic Discs Moonshine EMAC Truth

I throw this for any overstable midrange shot or even some approaches.

Dynamic Discs Lucid Justice

This has one job...go left!(or right if I throw it forehand). I really like the feel of the Justice in my hand. If you want predictable, look no farther. Anytime I want to throw my Felon, but don’t want a flare skip, this is what I’m reaching for!

Putters

Dynamic Discs Moonshine Warden

Overstable putter shots/approach shots/off the tee.

Dynamic Discs Classic Blend Warden

The ultimate upshot disc! I can put this thing on so many different angles and I always know it’s going to get very minimal ground play due to the softer plastic. I love reaching for this Warden. I also use the Warden strictly for putting.
