HAVE FUN! Don’t take it too serious. Focus on good form, having fun, and growing the sport. Don’t get caught up in your scores. Use them as a guide for tracking progress, but know we all have bad days, and we all are working to get better every day.
There are too many to name just one! My first ace, playing Winthrop Gold with my wife on our honeymoon, meeting and playing a few rounds with Eric McCabe, every week at local leagues, playing rounds with my wife and daughter...the list could go on and on!
The family atmosphere! Everyone I’ve talked to from DD cares so much about each other. There’s definitely something special and I couldn’t be more excited to be part of it! I’m so grateful for this opportunity and can’t see where this road leads!
Headwind shots, or any time I need a reliable hyzer shot that I know won't go too far.
Very beat in and I can hyzer flip or release flat and get a big S curve out of it for max distance. These things get better with age, and they go forever!
Understable/tailwind bomber. This disc might just be my farthest flying disc. It needs some room to work, but once you figure out the angles, it goes forever.
Anytime I'm just not feeling the Raider, or any other higher speed distance drivers, I'll reach for this. It has plenty of stability but at a slower speed. I think a lot of AMs would love this disc. I throw it forehand a lot as well.
Overstable utility disc. Love throwing skip shots, and forehands with this disc.
Two for putting, one for throwing. The ultimate disc. I love this thing for off the tee, upshots, or for jammin putts. The bead gives me the confidence I need in a putter.
