Get comfortable throwing a putter. Once comfortable throwing a putter, start getting comfortable throwing a midrange. Once comfortable throwing a midrange, start getting comfortable throwing a driver. I see a ton of new players doing this in the opposite order.
My favorite disc golf memories involve casual rounds of disc golf with my family. It is an amazing feeling to walk around a course with my wife, kids, and now even grandkids, talking about just about anything while chucking discs into baskets!
I had the extreme privilege of buying a few Dynamic Discs shirts out of the back of Jeremy Rusco's car at the 2007 Frontier Open in Hays, Kansas. I was very impressed with how approachable and friendly he was. I am proud to be part of a team that models that same friendliness and approachability even when the back of Jeremy's car has grown into multiple retail stores, multiple RVs, a line of discs, a line of bags, and now a warehouse operation.
As soon as this disc was made, it went into my bag. I so trust this disc to come back to the left whenever I throw it - even into a substantial headwind.
The Trespass is a very predictable workhorse driver. I usually have three of these in my bag at different stages...some beat in and others brand new!
The Prime Witness makes a great roller disc! For me, it typically stands up and rolls straight with a finish to the right.
When thrown right, this thing goes a mile. Super predictable on calm or not so windy days. Plus anything with Paige's name on it goes further!
This is the one for midrange anhyzer shots. I love to start this on a line from left to right and see it work its magic all the way to the green!
I putt with these. I love the way the classic soft plastic grips the chains. Like Butter.
This thing is like an eraser on a pencil...if I need a disc to stick on a slick green, this does the job!
My throwing putter. I can't believe how far and hard I can throw this disc without it flipping over. Super straight disc. Throwing putters is something my daughter Paige does extremely well. In fact, throwing Judges was a big reason she won the 2018 Pro Worlds!
