Never give in to your emotions during a tournament; the next shot depends on it.
First time in Winthrop Gold for USDGC 2014.
Warm-hearted, hardworking people coming together.
The most overstable distance driver in my bag. I pick especially the domey ones that can stand a lot of headwind without flipping over. Only used when even I am having a hard time standing due to wind.
This plastic beats in heavier than Fuzion and it gives me the sneaky distance I sometimes require. The BioFuzion version has a bit more dome (and glide) to it than Fuzion.
For those loooong, slowly over turning s-curves. I currently have one First Run or Prototype misprint and one regular one in my bag. Regular ones are more flippier.
My favorite disc. Period. I bag 4-5 at a time. 1-2 fairly new and still has the beefiness and 2-3 beaten in, more flippy ones. I trust this on my forehand and backhand full power drives.
Forehand drives and approaches even in mild headwind. Fits right into my bag and I love the low rim. Beats in nicely to enable a longer straight flight with a reliable fade.
Fantastic straight flyer. Use this for low power shots and controlled hyzerflips that should not fade too much.
Season 2017 addition! This disc has become the most reliable disc in any wind. It gives me access to straight 100m drives with strong and reliable fade in the end. This reminds me of those 1st run PD's I used to throw from Discmania earlier and it keeps getting better all the time. I currently have one SE (168g) and one Lucid (173g) in the bag. Lucid is more overstable and flatter than the SE one.
The most comfortable disc that I have ever held in my hand. Especially the overstable ones I find most use for. I can throw this with backhand or forehand. Smooth flyer and works 'like a small childs mind' (a Finnish expression).
I currently have only one of those "old Truths" in my bag. This old Truth flies a slow, steady and straight path, even from a difficult stance. Usually getting out of trouble with this one.
Season 2017 addition! This is my most versatile disc. Disc was in my shelf for a long time with no use. When I finally gave it a chance, it has become the most used disc for shots from 30 to 70 meters or up to 138 meters downhill straight. Does not flip over, just goes straight, which I very much like.
Works best for approaches and putts. Nice comfortable grippy feel helps to control the spin on my throws. I like to use nearly a straight fingers/fan grip for my approaches and this would not be possible without the sticky feel of the discs. On colder weather, I sometimes swap over to Soft plastic to compensate the temperature drop and slippyness of the discs.
Overstable putter for downhill drives and approaches that I do not wish to fly over the basket. Does have a slower fly speed than Judge and I like the reliability of its fade on the drives. This guy is overstable once you give it enough spin. Prime plastic simply feels good in my hand. Enough grip to hold on to even if a bit moist.
I changed my putting putter from Judge to Warden during season 2017. I suddenly felt the lack of bead very comfortable and have not desired to go back ever since the exchange. Grippy and tight grip gives me a clean release on every angle of release. Perfect for in the woods long range anhyzer putts.
