My Dynamic Discs Story: After staying home with my 3 kids (Harlan, Andi, and Zeb) for 8 years, I decided to go back to work in 2020. My husband (Ben) works out of state, so when my youngest entered kindergarten, it seemed like a great time to go back to work. I also decided to go back to school at the same time and will wrap up an Associate's Degree in Accounting through Butler County Community College this year. I was in banking before getting a message from an old friend telling me that I owed him a beer because he had just given my name to someone at Dynamic Discs. 3 months later, here I am and I feel like I owe that friend a whole case! I have been happy to be back in the workforce but struggled with balancing being a mom to very busy kids and excelling professionally. I am extremely excited to be part of the Dynamic Discs family! I feel like I will be able to have my cake and eat it, too!
