Dry Canyon DGC
Powell Butte, Oregon
Emporia Country Club
Copy your favorite pro's form. One disc aiming at a tree is how I started. Most importantly, have fun! Disc golf can beat you down so have fun and if a crazy shot is what it takes to have fun then send it!
Qualifying for USDGC at DDO in 2021 was pretty special. I was not playing well going into that event. I put everything I had into it and played four solid rounds. I realized I had a chance at the last USDGC spot after I had finished the final round. A couple players had some late bogies which gave me the final spot and 14th place. My friends and I were going crazy. It felt like a long time coming and it is a moment I will never forget.
DD has always genuinely believed in me. From the time I was a no-name from Oregon to playing on the pro-tour they believed in me. I am loyal to DD for that. They have my back.
I love these for overstable distance shots that will fight any wind. 350'-440'.
These are my go to bombers off the tee. Fast with a reliable fade make these go so far. Also got to rep my main man Kevin! 475'-530'
If I am looking for Rive flight with a bit more stability and control I go to the defender. 420'-475
Straight to overstable flight, tons of control, my go to hybrid. 375'-440'
Only backhands, also an overstable flight, very easy to trust. 270'-360'
This fills the slot of a shorter Lucid-X Getaway, same flight, just less speed and glide. 340'-410'
Overstable flight, a lot of glide as well. A consistent overstable midrange. 270'-370'
Straight to understable, I love how it has less glide than some mids. Very consistent and very straight. 270'-385'
Almost only sidearms. No glide and a consistent hyzer makes an incredible approach disc. <220'
A slow straight putter. It provides instant feedback on your form and release. <325'
