Dynamic Discs Lucid Air Vandal

The Vandal flies like a longer Maverick, so it's extremely versatile. Newer players will love the straighter lines they can throw, and players with more arm speed will enjoy it for easy turnovers or rollers. The Vandal is built to carve up any course with dependable turn and sneaky speed.

Speed: 9 Glide: 5 Turn: -1.5 Fade: 2

About Lucid Air:
Lucid Air uses the same material as our durable Lucid plastic. It has solid plastic at the top and bottom of the rim to protect the microbubbles in the plastic on impact. These microbubbles actually make the disc lighter. They are spread out through the top of the disc and middle of the rim to keep the weight distribution nearly identical to Lucid and Fuzion discs.

Dynamic Discs Team Member Review
"The Vandal will do whatever you ask it to do. When thrown hard on a slight hyzer the Vandal wants to get flat and ride straight. Long and very workable fairway driver. Excellent for short forehand approaches in the woods." - Joshua Johnson

Stamp color will vary. Shade of disc may vary. For example, blue could be a light shade or a dark shade.

Great disc for beginners

Lightweight and easy for slow arms

Great forehand disc

This disc can go for miles but is a little to understable for me. Would recommend for slower arm speeds.

Great go to disc

I got a Lucid Ice from a friend when I started and got another from the Trilogy Challenge. Both have easily become my go to and I would highly recommend the Vandel to a new player looking for a reliable disc.

Lucid Air Vandal is Giving me the Shapes I'm Looking For

I recently realized that the lighter weight discs, even at speeds that are too much for me (Hello Captain!), improved my game quite a bit. I bought the Air Vandal when I found out what the 2023 Trilogy Challenge discs were going to be. After only throwing the lighter version for a few rounds, I have seen that I'm able to get the same distances as the higher speed discs, but with a lot more control. The Vandal is flying straight for me with a little turn and not too much fade at the end. I've gotten close on holes that I was always either going deep in the woods to the right or left and tree kicks were deadly. This, as a 9 speed is more in my arm speed and I can control my angles much better. The Lucid Air Vandal has quickly become one of my most used discs.
