I love the anvil. It feels great and I get a good release from it. It is not as smooth coming off as a justice, especially with a forehand release, but I feel like it does a better job of getting down the fairway, than a justice. It is a great utility disc meant for those longer shots where a dependable fade is needed. Not as long as a Verdict, but longer than a Justice.
Great beefy approach disc, love it throwing the forehand. It’s a great companion to my culprits.
The Westside Anvil is a low speed, very overstable disc that makes short work of short, low-ceiling shots. It’s a personal favorite for shots inside 200’ that need to fly low and finish hard. It’s a staple of my bag.
The anvil is an awesome overstable approach disc. Will always have a spot in my bag!
