Shipping delays can be expected once packages are in transit due to COVID-19 and the current events of the USPS.
We offer USPS and UPS shipping. When selecting your Shipping Method during checkout, we have a Free Shipping option. We ship USPS most of the time but we ship UPS on larger shipments. Free Shipping is only available to the Contiguous United States (lower 48 states). Unless you need your order in 1-2 days, we recommend selecting the Free Shipping option. USPS reaches 99% of the continental United States in 2-3 days. We offer UPS Next Day Air and UPS 2nd Day Air on orders over 2 pounds if you need your order expedited. UPS does not deliver, nor pick up packages on Saturday or Sunday so please keep this in mind when choosing UPS as your shipping option.
We no longer ship discs in padded envelopes because we want to help protect items during transit. Approximately 99% of our orders ship in a box. We ship apparel and accessories in a small padded envelope if ordered individually, but 100% of orders with discs will ship in a box.
Our mail is picked up at 3PM CST Monday through Saturday. We do our best to get all orders out the same day if placed before 2PM CST. However, some days are busier than others so we cannot guarantee your order will ship on the same day. If an order does not ship the same day, it usually ships within 24-48 hours. Processing time for DyeMax Discs, ZUCA Carts, and baskets can sometimes exceed 48 hours, as our warehouse and DyeMax Department is closed on Saturday and Sunday delaying fulfillment.
We ship packages to most countries (are there any we exclude?). Shipping rates and fees will apply at checkout. Shipping rates calculated on our website can be complex and challenging for our system to figure. If the shipping quote seems higher than it should be on the website, please reach out to email@example.com with the items you are looking to purchase to receive a shipping quote. We will refund you any difference between the paid shipping price and the actual shipping price. For example, if you pay $40 for shipping and your actual shipping charge was $25, we will refund you $15.
We want to ensure our international customers understand shipments may be subject to additional taxes and duties from Customs, which are not calculated into your shipping costs from Dynamic Discs. The total listed at checkout is the final cost collected by Dynamic Discs. You may be charged additional fees by Customs once the package enters your country.
In most cases, orders shipping internationally deliver within 14-20 business days. Tracking updates can take 2-4 business days to become active.

We ship to APO addresses. When filling out your address at checkout, if our website does not accept your address, please put the APO address in the order comment box (above the place order button) and we will update the address for you.
You may return most new, unused, and unopened items within 30 days of delivery for a full refund. You will be responsible for return shipping if you do not like the item or it does not fit properly. We can provide a return shipping label to you for a return and refund you for the item minus the return shipping costs for your convenience. If you would like to exchange the product, we can issue a PayPal invoice for the cost of the shipping label. We will pay the return shipping costs if the return is a result of our error (you received an incorrect or defective item, etc.).
Please contact firstname.lastname@example.org before returning an item so we are aware of the return and can process it correctly once we receive it.
You should expect to receive your refund within four weeks of giving your package to the return shipper. However, in many cases you will receive a refund more quickly. This time period includes the transit time for us to receive your return from the shipper (5 to 10 business days), the time it takes us to process your return once we receive it (1 to 3 business days), and the time it takes your bank to process our refund request (1 to 5 business days).
We will be extending the return policy for gift items due to the holiday season. Customers will be given until January 31st to initiate an exchange or return for *store credit. Please email email@example.com to begin your exchange or return. If possible, when you send your initial email, please provide the order number or name of the person who originally made the purchase for the gift item. Only orders made after November 1st will be eligible for the extended return policy.
