We offer USPS and UPS shipping. When selecting your Shipping Method during checkout, we have a Free Shipping option that will ship USPS most of the time but will ship UPS on some larger shipments. Free Shipping is only available to the Contiguous United States (lower 48 states). Unless you need your order in 1-2 days, we recommend selecting the Free Shipping option. USPS reaches 99% of the continental United States in 2-3 days. If you do need your order expedited, we offer UPS Next Day Air and UPS 2nd Day Air on orders over 2 pounds. UPS does not deliver on Saturday or Sunday so keep that in mind when choosing UPS as your shipping option.

We no longer ship discs in padded envelopes. To help protect items during transit, 99.9% of our orders ship in a box. We have a few small accessories that will ship in a small padded envelope if ordered individually, but 100% of orders with discs will ship in a box.

Our mail is picked up at 3PM CST and we do our best to get all orders out the same day if placed before 3PM CST. However, some days are busier than others so we can't guarantee that your order will ship on the same day.

International Shipping

Shipping rates that are calculated on our website can be complex and difficult for our system to figure and because of this, if your shipping quote seems higher than it should be, please reach out to with the items that you are looking to purchase to receive an exact shipping quote from us. We also want to ensure that our international customers understand shipments may be subject to additional taxes and duties from Customs, which are not calculated into your shipping costs from Dynamic Discs.

We will refund you any difference between the paid shipping price and the actual shipping price. For example, if you pay $40 for shipping and your actual shipping charge was $25, we will refund you $15.


You may return most new, unused, and unopened items within 30 days of delivery for a full refund. If you do not like the item or it does not fit properly, you will be responsible for return shipping. We will pay the return shipping costs if the return is a result of our error (you received an incorrect or defective item, etc.).

Please contact before returning an item so we are aware of the return and can process it correctly once we receive it.

You should expect to receive your refund within four weeks of giving your package to the return shipper. However, in many cases you will receive a refund more quickly. This time period includes the transit time for us to receive your return from the shipper (5 to 10 business days), the time it takes us to process your return once we receive it (1 to 3 business days), and the time it takes your bank to process our refund request (1 to 5 business days).

Holiday Returns

We will be extending the return policy for gift items due to the holiday season. Customers will be given until January 31st to initiate an exchange or return for *store credit. Please email to begin your exchange or return. If possible, when you send your initial email, please provide the order number or name of the person who originally made the purchase for the gift item. Only orders made after November 1st will be eligible for the extended return policy.
