You may return most new, unused, and unopened items within 30 days of delivery for a full refund. If you do not like the item or it does not fit properly, you will be responsible for return shipping. We will pay the return shipping costs if the return is a result of our error (you received an incorrect or defective item, etc.).
Please contact email@example.com before returning an item so we are aware of the return and can process it correctly once we receive it.
You should expect to receive your refund within four weeks of giving your package to the return shipper. However, in many cases you will receive a refund more quickly. This time period includes the transit time for us to receive your return from the shipper (5 to 10 business days), the time it takes us to process your return once we receive it (1 to 3 business days), and the time it takes your bank to process our refund request (1 to 5 business days).
We offer USPS and UPS shipping. When selecting your Shipping Method during checkout, we have a Free Shipping option that will ship USPS most of the time but will ship UPS on some larger shipments. Unless you need your order in 1-2 days, we recommend selecting the Free Shipping option. USPS reaches 99% of the continental United States in 2-3 days. If you do need your order expedited, we offer UPS Next Day Air and UPS 2nd Day Air on orders over 2 pounds.
We no longer ship discs in padded envelopes. To help protect items during transit, 99.9% of our orders ship in a box. We have a few small accessories that will ship in a small padded envelope if ordered individually, but 100% of orders with discs will ship in a box.
Our mail is picked up at 3PM CST and we do our best to get all orders out the same day if placed before 3PM CST. However, some days are busier than others so we can't guarantee that your order will ship on the same day.
