Top two things I work with beginners on are picking slower discs like mids and putters and not letting the disc go but instead push that thumb into that flight plate and let the disc rip out of your hand. Between the grip and slow discs you will see more and more distance and more importantly a more consistent release!
Most Memorable Moment
Playing a local doubles event and my son ended up as a Cali. He steps up to this 260ft hole and pulls out his trusty Lucid Trespass. Lines up a sidearm and laces it right down the middle of the fairway. Comes into the green on a beautiful angle to take one skip and BANG! His first ever ace! That joy on his face and actually being able to be there to see it...just amazing!
What Separates Team Dynamic Discs?
What separates Team Dynamic Discs from the rest has been said many, many times over but I'm here to say it one more time. FAMILY! You are more then just a member of a company. You are a part of the bigger picture with the goal to Grow The Sport! I've built my own community on social media from YouTube with this same mindset and it was Dynamic Discs who started me on that path from the start of it!
In The Bag
Dynamic Discs Lucid Enforcer
Headwind shots or anytime I need to get a nice flare to the left or the right in a hurry.
Dynamic Discs Lucid Defender
Flat top stable Defender is my go-to sidearm disc for anything more than 275ft.
Dynamic Discs Fuzion Raider
White - Straight to stable long distance driver with a slight headwind.
Dynamic Discs Lucid Trespass
Really beat-in Trespass for distance rollers. If I need to get 400ft on the ground, this is what I am throwing.
Dynamic Discs Lucid Getaway
Hybrid - Stable fairway that I can count on to finish left at the end of the flight.
Latitude 64 Opto Anchor
When there is just too much wind for my Truths, this is my go-to for a dependable hyzer finish.
Dynamic Discs Classic Warden
Point and shoot and it's going there. Love the Blend plastic for the Warden for the best grip for a throwing putter.
Latitude 64 Zero Soft Sinus
If I need to hit a distance and not go too far or worry about any extra glide, I'm reaching for my Sinus. So dependable off the tee and approaching the basket.
