Beginner Tip

Don't just play rounds. Go out to an open field. Throw your discs and learn how they fly. This will make you a much better golfer. Also, if you see someone who is obviously skilled playing, seek out their advice. Most pros are very approachable and will give pointers to help you out. Get involved with your local club. Playing with better players will make you a better player. And last, if you want to improve your form, film yourself throwing. Seeing what you are doing can help you correct any issues. If you want good form to compare it to, search YouTube for some of the top names in disc golf. Eric McCabe has great form and there are tons of videos out there.

Most Memorable Moment

Witnessing two of my personal friends win majors. I got to witness Jake Newell's US Amateur Nationals Championship and share from afar with Eric McCabe's World Championship.

What Separates Team Dynamic Discs?

Dynamic Discs has made a name for themselves by serving the golfers. Great people skills help set the Dynamic Discs brand apart. The team is made up of not only good golfers, but good people. The team is talented, but approachable to the average golfer. We not only want to compete to win, but to make other golfers better. At the end of the day, disc golf is still just a game. People are what is really important, and Dynamic Discs understands that.

In The Bag

Latitude 64 Opto Halo

The Halo is super fast and very overstable. I have tried to flip this disc, but it still pulls out at the end. It is a great headwind distance driver. I am curious how far I can get a beat up one to fly!

Westside Discs Tournament Giant

Westside Giant. Fast. Overstable. I use this disc for hyzers and forehands.

Dynamic Discs BioFuzion Escape

The Escape is a great control driver. It is a little longer than a mid but not a long driver distance. It will be great for forest golf!

Dynamic Discs BioFuzion Trespass

This disc is really fast. It's a very straight long driver, but does predictably tail in at the end of its flight.

Latitude 64 Opto Vision

I was looking for something to use as a roller. I can put this disc down when it's brand new. I have thrown several impressively long rollers with it!

Westside Discs VIP Boatman

This disc is slower than the Giant but I get a little more distance because it is not as massively overstable. I use it for longer hyzers.

Dynamic Discs Lucid Fugitive

I carry both Lucid and BioFuzion Fugitives. BioFuzion flies very straight for me, tailing to hyzer at the end. Lucid turns a little during flight and then finishes hyzer at the end. Again, this will be a great mid for forest golf because it is so controllable.

Latitude 64 Opto Pain

The Pain is a very overstable mid. I throw the more overstable molds because they are more controllable in our heavy Kansas winds. This mid is used for short hyzers and mid shots into headwind.

Latitude 64 Opto XXX

I know it says driver on it, but don't be fooled! This thing will max out for me at about 350' when I flex it over. It will fit in the slot between the Pain and the Giant. Again, it will be in the bag to fight stiff wind and still go left.

Latitude 64 Zero Soft Sinus

The Sinus is an overstable putter for short tee shots and approaching the green.

Dynamic Discs Classic Soft Judge

The Classic Soft Judge feels good in the hand and is a very straight putter. It will hyzer a little at the end of a long putt. I will also use this for short anhyzer drives and approaches.
