This is a great bang for the buck bag. Perfect for about 14-15 discs in the bottom, plus the putter pocket. Water bottle holder works well. Phone and minis fit perfect in the top side pockets. Stands up well.

Years of use in rugged AZ

TL;DR:

- Go with something else.
- It will NEVER stay standing up. I think it's designed specifically not to.
- If you're new to the sport, spending more will get you a more versatile and comfortable bag that will allow you to grow.
- This might work for a kid carrying a few extras who doesn’t mind picking it up every time it hits the ground.
---
Pros:

- I’ve had it for 4 years, including use during leagues and a few tournaments, and haven’t had to replace it due to space issues.
- The putter pocket is decent.
- Backpack straps stay where you set them.
- Can fit a 32oz insulated bottle, though it requires stretching and puts stress on the seams (which were the first to fail).
- Outer material is surprisingly abrasion-resistant. it’s held up well against Arizona’s thorny brush with minimal wear on the sidewalls.
---
Cons:

- It WILL NOT stay upright. Ever.
- Holes have developed in the bottom over time. Once they started, they degraded rapidly.
- Straps are not comfortable for longer tournaments, they’re thin, and the material near the neck is rough.
- No padding on the bag.
- Water bottle holder failed in three ways:
1. Doesn’t secure the bottle well.
2. Stitching came loose from the bag.
3. Doesn’t properly fit a 32oz insulated bottle.
- No dedicated space for a disc retriever.
- Storing bulkier items (like a light jacket) reduces the main compartment’s capacity and makes discs harder to access.
- No feet or studs on the bottom.
- Mini marker slot doesn’t fit stiff markers — I have to use a flexible one, and it still falls out often.
- I've lost several minis from the designated slot. It also tightens up the slot in a way that makes it harder to use.
---
Other Notes:

- According to UDisc, I play more than 95% of players. If you’re reading this, chances are you won’t put your bag through the same amount of use.
- I play in Arizona:
- Carrying a lot of water isn’t optional, it’s essential.
- My courses are mostly granite and rock, so wear and tear on the bottom is likely more severe than in other environments.

Great bag

Great first bag if you’re getting into disc golf. Holds plenty of discs and looks sick.
