Description
Westside's newest putter on the market, the Shield, is the next step up from the Swan. Designed with a tacky grip in the BT plastics, the Shield is a little thicker and has a small bead on the rim. It holds a stable line when throwing as an approach and a straight line into the chains while putting.

great putting putter

I have tried all kinds of putters, but I keep going back to the Shield. I use this as my short range putter. It's always consistent and works good even on breezy days. For me personally it feels good in the hand, even though it is slightly deeper than a Judge. I prefer the BT medium.

Westside Shield

I love it for short tee shots long approach shots

Beats up as a thrower

For throwing (not putting) it tends to beat up instead of beat in. BT medium ages better

Where have you been all my life?

Love throwing this disc. Don’t feel I’ve cranked it up from distance yet, but in the “You’re putting.” zone, it has been great.
