Ballista

I bought a Ballista about a month after I started playing disc golf, and although it was fun to throw at the time, it did not serve me well as a beginner. Now 6-7 months later after working on my form, this disc BOMBS 😂 the furthest I’ve ever thrown is now 455ft with a Ballista on flat ground. My new favorite disc in the bag! The Ballista Pro is great too, and pairs well with the ballista. I’d suggest these discs to anyone throwing over 400ft consistently.

The Ballista Pro is an excellent driver for those with medium arm speed to where a Trespass, Shryke or DDx starts flipping on you. The 14 speed impact can be seen on each throw and I can easily throw this disc 20-40 feet past my Destroyers or Trespass.

This thing bombs! A slight turnover with a hard fade back that pushes forward and its gone.

Getting used to it

It’s a great disc, durable, gummy, and it’s a great disc for long range.

My go to disc

This disc, with a strong enough whip, can do a beautiful long slight S curve. I can easily throw this disc 350 feet with my throw and have a nice controlled flat throw.
