My Dynamic Discs Story: In the summer of 2021, I was looking to work for a company that cared about its employees and company morale. I interviewed at a few local places, but none of them seemed to really meet what I wanted. Eventually, Laci Rusco reached out about an opening at the retail store. I was immediately interested because I had heard such great things about the company! I interviewed with Scarlett and was hired the same day. Then a few months before I hit my one-year mark I was promoted to being a product lister! I even decided to switch my major at ESU to help me better understand business and be able to reach my personal long-term goals with Dynamic Discs. Every single day I look forward to coming to work and growing the sport of disc golf!
